IntuTV is an AI-powered entertainment recommendation platform that:

   - Provides personalized TV show and movie recommendations based on your "Viewing DNA" archetype

   - Aggregates content from multiple streaming platforms

   - Offers features such as calendar integration, group recommendations, timestamp comments, and peer watch groups

   - May include voice-first interface and voice biometric authentication (when available)

   - Displays third-party advertisements to support our Service

IntuTV does not host, store, or stream television shows or movies. We provide recommendations and discovery tools for content available on third-party streaming platforms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

16. BETA SERVICE DISCLAIMER

The Service is currently in beta testing. As a beta user, you acknowledge that:

   - We may reset or modify user data during testing

   - Beta features may not be included in the final release
